A: Orders are typically shipped out within 14 days from when the order is placed. I'll let you know via email if there are any delays!
Q: I paid for a tracked package but didn't receive my tracking number. Where is it?
A: The tracking numbers are all with me. You can request for your tracking number from me via Instagram DMs or email :) I should reply within 3 working days. You can also request for your tracking number to be included in your shipment notification by mentioning it in the order form.
Q: How long will it take for the parcel to reach me?
A: I can't give an accurate estimate since all of this information is with my postal provider (SingPost) and not me. You can still request for your order tracking number from me to check where your parcel is; that can give a rough estimate of how long it'll take to come.
Q: How do I check where my parcel is now?
A: You can request for your order tracking number from me, and input it here.
Q: Can you sign the print for me?
A: Sure! Please mention it in the order form :)
Q: Do I need to pay for shipment again if the package becomes a return parcel?
A: Nope, I will pay for the re-shipment the first time this happens.
